1 ) Fill out contact info, confidential: receive Free plan calculation information that will give you an example of how to calculate a whole house shell cost. This will give you an idea of our unique AFFORDABILITY, and help you decide what size dream house to plan for. These information packets will be sent to your e- mail or mailed USPS.
2) Order review set of drawings. We will draw review plans from your plans ( e-mail or fax custom plans) = Floor plan, front elevation, side elevation, 3-D perspective . Allows for 3-5 interior wall changes to get your house ' just right'. Review plans alone are NON REFUNDABLE. 100% CREDIT upon ordering Kokoon Homes Component house.
