We manufacture affordable steel home framing kits that assembly quickly and easily without the use of a crane. A typical 1800 square foot High Performance Home can be assembled on your foundation, ready to finish out in less than 5 days using our innovative, environmentally friendly, super insulated steel structural panel system. 

Kokoon Homes meets the Gold LEED standard for energy efficiency as outlined by NAHB Green Building Council.

We offer Job Site Management training to assist owner builders and ensure your project is certain to meet LEED standards.
                                         
2.  Floor System

• Engineered and super insulated panels assemble on existing foundation and piers.
• Pre-decked with Advantech 3/4" sub-flooring
• Insulated to R-23 (nominal)
• Pre-drilled for utilities

3. Roof Panels

• Super Insulated, engineered and easily placed on installed trusses.
• Sheathed with 5/8 OSB,  30# felt, 30 yr Architectural shingles and drip edge
• Watch roof panel being installed here.
• Factory Sprayed On Insulation - Soy based, closed cell spray foam insulation applied to installed ROOF systems to R-38 (nominal)

The majority of our customers have the skills to assembly our
steel structural insulated panel system themselves.  We provide
supervision and training when needed.
