Wall Panels - Engineered, patented design for fast, easy assembly.
High grade, 18 ga. galvanized, recycled steel built to 24" o.c.
1/2" OSB Sheathing with Thermal Gap (pre-sided available)
Integrated, Soy based foam insulation provides R-23 (nominal)
Interchangeable panels in 2', 4', 6' and 8' lengths
Integrated hurricane straps for trusses at 24" o.c.
Windows installed and door openings to conform to plans

All wall components are universally interchangeable and are 8' tall with a maximum width of 8' and
have a soy based closed cell foam insulation to R23 (nominal). All panels are termite and fire proof
and mold/mildew resistant. The galvanized 18 ga. steel frame is designed for roof trusses at 24" o.c.
which can be shipped locally. The exterior OSB wall is ready to finish with any siding or brick/stone.
No house wrap is needed. The 8x8 panel weighs just at 255 lbs. All panels can be set on a slab,
basement or crawlspace foundation.

No crane needed for placement. Standard cordless drill, sawzall, and circular saw are all that
are needed for assembly. Wall panels are easily carried by 2 people (100-255 lbs. each). A 1500 sq. ft .
house can be loaded on a standard 2 axle trailer and pulled by any 1/2 ton truck. We can provide on
site assembly if requested. Delivery is available for a fee. We ship nationally and container ship
internationally. Homes are certifiable to Gold LEED standard for energy efficiency as outlined
by NAHB Green Building Council. We offer Job Site Management training to help ensure your
project is certain to meet LEED standards.
Floor Trusses - Engineered and insulated panels assemble on existing foundation and piers.

DIY Home Framing Kits
Our framing component package consists of an engineered floor system, wall panels and roof trusses.
Or choose just the components you want. Most of our clients buy the wall system only and obtain their
roof and floor systems locally (due to size and shipping restrictions). We designed these panels for the
DIYer with average skills and minimal tools. We also offer delivery and field assembly at reasonable prices.
Comes with an easy to understand assembly manual and technical support. We can pre-install some styles
of siding at your option. International container shipping is available. Kit costs start at $15 per sq. ft and up.

We can customize a shed to fit the size you need. Our shed components come un-insulated, with a water-
tight skylight, 4' vinyl out-swinging doors, Hardiboard siding and 30 yr shingles.
